The traditional Dhaba is situated in the middle of the farm, with organic vegetables, dals (lentils), fruits and herbs growing around it. The Dhaba is the daytime hub for everyone … the day starts with “Chai” brewing non-stop over a wood fire. On good weather days, the guests can accompany the staff while picking the fresh ingredients and herbs for breakfast & lunch, some of which is prepared in front of the guests on the woodfire or the solar cooker.
This is the ideal place to sip the evening tea while watching the sun set over the mountains.
The dhaba is visible from all the rooms and the activity around it entices all guests to gather around it and share stories.
